This service transforms a home's look and feel by editing, repurposing, and repositioning the existing home furnishings and accessories. The goal is to make it appeal to the broadest number of potential buyers. This hands-on service is provided by two of our professional stagers who will assist in de-personalizing and de-cluttering the spaces in the home.
Half-Day Spruce-Up (4 Hours)
Cost: $475 | Recommended for homes 3000-4500 sq ft
This same-day service is provided by two of our professional stagers who will assist in de-personalizing and de-cluttering the home and is recommended for larger homes.
2-Hour Follow-Up Spruce-Up
Cost: $250
The 2-Hour Follow-Up Spruce-Up is for clients who have used our Spruce-Up services previously and require a follow-up session.
Cost: $150 or $200 (with Report)
